W.I.T.S. Health has three general programs that can help guide you to a more healthy and wholesome you. While we also do individual coaching, we have prepared some workshops that can jump start your knowledge into becoming what it is you seek to be.

Weight Loss

The key to losing weight is as simple as making smarter food choices. It really is true when they say it’s “80 percent diet, 20 percent exercise.” This program teaches you how to cut out those bad habits that have been keeping you from reaching your ideal weight. It also discusses other factors like stress and lack of sleep, that are keeping you from losing those extra pounds.

The Secrets You Don’t Know About Sugar

Sugar! It’s in everything; from the bread we eat to the dried fruit we sprinkle on our salads. It’s hard to stay away from sugar when it’s in almost every processed and packaged food. The average American eats roughly 100 pounds of sugar a year. It’s time to become aware and educated of this sugar that is being hidden in our foods.

Eating for Energy

Energy is defined as “the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity.” It’s your most valuable,  renewable resource.

We are determined to reach over a 1000 young students this year to inform and educate them about living out this lifestyle that will bring them an abundance of knowledge that will benefit their life as a whole. WITS has also been involved in a Gardening Glory initiative, where we go out to participating camps and schools and completely revamp their gardening area by donating the the tools and material necessary in order to have and maintain a garden. We work on teaching students the importance of healthy food, how to cultivate a healthy garden which then creates a better and healthier you.
